Responsible for helping start ups and established companies become market-ready to ensure they are a good fit for market. I specialise in working with technology vendors targeting retail as well as a number of consumer products companies.
I work one-to-one with companies to help them develop workable and achievable strategic marketing plans. I also created and lead the highly successful ‘Retailer Ready’ programme where a select group of companies are helped in the development of their market entry plan. I recruited a Panel from within UK retail to provide these companies with expert feedback, guidance and advice which has ultimately led to companies winning new business in a diverse range of retail segments.
In addition, I help consumer products companies to develop business with UK retailers. This involves working with retailers to determine market needs and opportunities and using this to advise potential product suppliers as to what their offer should be and which retailers would be the best fit. Product sectors are diverse, ranging from fashion to furniture to health & beauty to pet food.
